The Team


James Proudlock

Managing Director
James has over 30 years of experience at CEO, MD and Board level with focus on establishing, building and managing businesses for major international firms including the London Metal Exchange, JPMorgan, UBS, ED&F Man Group and John Swire & Sons. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand, and has a degree in Chinese and Economics from London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies.

Andy Bibby

Desk Manager
Andy has been trading futures and options in the City for over 30 years. He joined AMT Futures in 2017 from Berkeley Futures, prior to which he held senior positions at Hartmann Capital, FXCM Securities and Man Financial. Andy has worked closely with Ian Thurgood and Andrew Moreno for over 10 years, and the team are now focused on using digital channels to greatly expand their clients’ understanding of how best to harness the power of options.

Paul Bromley

Finance Director
Paul is a Chartered Accountant who has been in the Metals (LME) futures trading business since 2000 in a variety of Finance and Business Management roles. He has been Finance Director of AMT Futures Ltd and Amalgamated Metal Trading Ltd since joining the AMC Group in January 2015. After 9 years as an auditor at KPMG Paul has held a number of finance and regulatory roles at Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse, Sempra and most recently JP Morgan.

Andrew Moreno

Manager, Systems & Digital Channels
Andrew started his career at Singer & Friedlander before specialising in UK, US and European equities and derivatives at options specialists including Options Direct Ltd, FXCM, Hartmann and Berkeley Futures. Andrew’s focus is to grow our digital footprint, and he is the driving force behind our initiative.

Ian Thurgood

Desk Broker
Ian has been in the commodity and financial markets for more than 30 years having started his career on the London Stock Exchange floor working both as a market maker and broker. Ian also ran a successful team on the LIFFE Floor in London before becoming a Senior Account Executive with several key organisations including Smith New Court, Morgan Grenfell, Societe Generale, FXCM and Berkeley Futures. He joined AMT Futures in 2017 and he specialises in equity option products.

Alex Mitchell

Desk Broker
Alex joined the company in 2011. Having worked closely with our international network of introducing brokers in our client services team, Alex joined the broking desk in 2020 and now executes client trades across all cash, futures and options markets.

Rochelle Skinner

Client Services
Rochelle has been with AMC Group for over 20 years, starting in the accounts department of our sister company Amalgamet. She joined AMT Futures in 2018, where her customer-driven approach and attention to detail made her the natural choice to set up our client services team. Rochelle is key in supporting our retail and institutional clients alike, and strives to make sure all receive the highest level of service.

Temi Coker

Financial Accountant
Temi is a chartered accountant with over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry graduating from Kent University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Temi Joined AMT Futures Limited in 2021 as the company’s Financial Accountant, working closely with the Finance Director to deliver on our Financial and Regulatory reporting requirement. Prior to Joining AMT futures, Temi spent a number of years as an auditor, qualifying as a chartered accountant at Deloitte LLP in the Channel Islands where he managed a number of financial service audits concentrating on companies within in the private equity sector.

Andy Webb

Business Surveillance
After more than 20 years of experience as a desk broker/account executive servicing international corporate and retail clients with brokerage companies such as Geldermann and Man Financial, Andy moved into a wide-ranging administrative role, including business surveillance, when he joined AMT Futures Limited in 2005.
